Health Check Centre

Regular health checkups help individuals with the early detection of diseases. With the help of screenings and treatments, you can counter the effects of any disease and live a healthier life.
Depending upon your age, health, family history, lifestyle choices, and other factors, everyone should opt for health checkups at timely intervals. We have multiple packages and a doctor who can help you pick one.
  1. If you have blood sugar (fasting) and/or cholesterol levels included in the package, you will have to fast for 14 hours. Kindly abstain from alcohol at least 12 hours prior to the health check.
  2. You are requested to carry urine and stool samples in clean, sterilised containers, or containers can be collected from the Hospital Health Check Reception counter.
  3. All your tests will be completed in approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the number of ctests.
  4. Ultrasonography requires a full bladder. So please start consuming water half an hour prior to your scheduled time.
  5. Breakfast is on the house for guests who have to fast overnight for their blood tests. So, if you are diabetic, avoid taking your insulin injections/antidiabetic tablets on the morning of the check-up. Please carry them with you, and you can have them with breakfast after your blood test. Other regular medicines can be taken as instructed by your doctor.

Documents Required

  • Original Passport or National ID Card (Original Adhar Card), and A copy of 1st and last pages of your passport,
  • 3 SAME, RECENT Photos ( visa size).
  • Please bring all attached forms and bring it duly filled
NOTE Please write in CAPITAL LETTERS your FULL NAME, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and PERSONAL Email ADDRESS on the BACK of the passport copy of each applicant, to avoid delays.
If you have done medical before for UK VISA carry your previous certificate, If your certificate is valid you cant do medical, after expiry date you can do medical again, If going through Company–carry a copy of your company ID, OR Offer letter OR Sponsorship letter or COS LETTER.
If going through university–carry a copy of your Offer letter or COS LETTER . If dependent visa then carry main applicants visa copy or work permit copy. If main applicant is British Citizen then carry his/ her passport copy
Reports will be given the same day if your reports are normal. SELF collection is MANDATORY. The candidate MUST come HIMSELF / HERSLF personally to SIGN and collect the Certificate. X-ray image you wont get as per embassy rule, if there is any findings in your reports then only you will get image.
Either parent OR Guardian can sign and collect the Certificates of Minors below the age of 18yrs.
Charges – 3000/- per applicant.
For children less than 11 yrs :2000/- per applicant.
CARDS/ CASH/ UPI PAYMENTS are accepted.

General Information

The whole procedure may take 1-2 hrs. Including Issuing the certificate (self collection) with payment receipt.
Fasting is NOT required
(Only candidates are allowed in the OPD, relatives are not allowed with candidates. If the candidate is below 18, one parent or guardian MUST accompany. If the candidate is above 80 then one relative is allowed ).
Female Clients who are pregnant and wish to proceed with X-ray Chest, will be required to sign a CONSENT FORM , and the x-ray will be done with a protective DOUBLE LEAD SHIELD.
Note: It is Mandatory to bring with you ALL old and recent MEDICAL REPORTS, PRESCRIPTIONS ( including for eyes), X-rays, with reports and Certificates. Especially if you have a history of TB or Cancer.
